Senior Associate

Your field of activity spans the entire range of employment law advice for companies. This includes, in particular, the following responsibilities:
  • Out-of-court advice to clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law and related areas of law,
  • Legal representation of clients in all instances,
  • Supervision of challenging projects, in particular, restructuring efforts, negotiations with works councils and trade unions,
  • Representation of clients in conciliation bodies and official proceedings,
  • Preparation and presentation of specialised lectures at in-house training courses and client events.
We would like to hear from you:
  • Two above-average grades for the German Bar Exam (at least 17 points in total).
  • Several years of professional experience as a licensed lawyer in employment law, preferably already with the title of “Specialist Lawyer”.
  • Commitment and passion for the legal profession.
  • An enjoyment of working with colleagues and clients and developing the firm.
